NEW YORK CITY, Oct. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  Just Salad, the fast-casual restaurant chain committed to making everyday health and sustainability possible, brings The Clutch Wrap to its menu, a limited-time offering created by Jalen Brunson, point guard for the New York Knicks, 2026 NBA Champion and Finals MVP, and Just Salad partner and equity owner.

Launching as the NBA season tips off and available at all Just Salad locations through December 31, The Clutch Wrap brings the partnership directly to the menu for the first time, giving guests and fans a new way to experience what Brunson and the New York-born brand are literally building together.

The Clutch Wrap layers baby spinach and shredded cabbage with oven roasted chicken, roasted corn, hot honey goat cheese and spicy harissa pita, finished with Just Salad’s homemade Chipotle Vinaigrette. The combination delivers sweet heat, crunch and bold flavor in every bite, featuring 48 grams of protein and 36 grams of fiber.

“I wanted this to be something I’d actually order with a lot of flavor, plenty of protein and just the right amount of heat, so we got to work until we got it just right,” said Jalen Brunson, 2026 NBA Champion, NBA Finals MVP and Captain of the New York Knicks. “It’s unreal to now have something on the menu that fans can go in and try for themselves, but starting the season with The Clutch Wrap felt like the right move.”

The new wrap marks the latest step in a partnership designed from the beginning to go beyond a traditional athlete endorsement. Brunson joined Just Salad as a partner and equity owner in June before debuting their first creative campaign, “New York Always Knew,” built around the fans who believed in both Brunson and the brand long before everyone else caught on.

“From day one, this partnership was never about simply putting Jalen’s name on something,” said Nick Kenner, Founder and CEO of Just Salad. “When we announced the partnership, we said Jalen’s impact would become part of the brand in ways our guests would start to see over time. The Clutch Wrap is another step in bringing that to life, and it’s time for guests across all of our locations to taste it for themselves.”

The Clutch Wrap continues a relationship centered on shared values, authenticity and building together, as Brunson closely worked alongside Just Salad’s culinary team to craft it. Brunson is expected to continue engaging with Just Salad’s leadership and beyond, visiting restaurants, connecting with guests and continuing to bring his perspective into the business over time.

The wrap launch will also be supported by a new connected TV (CTV) spot that puts Brunson’s reputation for coming through in clutch moments front and center. Building on September’s documentary-style ‘New York Always Knew’ campaign, the new creative focuses on the clutch performances that have defined his career and now his first signature Just Salad menu item. The spot will run across select CTV channels as well as out-of-home advertising across Just Salad markets.
